1. Use the serums prior to every hair wash - daily  or  2 - 3 times a week .    According to your pre-established routine. 

2. Follow instructions as given on -  Pre-wash prep  and Hair wash routine.

3.  For first few months do take a vitamin specifically enriching for hair (for eg.  Perfectil - great for hair,  skin & nails)  / vitamin E capsule daily.

4.  1 tsp of miracle seeds daily- after breakfast / lunch.  Can take walnuts and soaked almonds on some days. 

5. Balayam - (to activate hair follicles). Please observe that although we hear the nail mildly scraping, the intention is to feel the friction on the cuticle just below the nail-base.  pls see video
